Arizona Digestive Health: Mesa - Central

Ive been trying to get ahold of someone for days now. Multiple phone calls a day and never answered. I received one call back at 10 in the morning on a Tuesday when Im working. I even called back immediately maybe 2 minutes because I realized its likely going to be another 4-5 days before I can get a hold of somebody. Guess what? No answer. How tf you guys expect to only be able to book appointments through call backs? I only have so much time in the day to be able to answer my phone, and its definitely not going to be at 10 in the morning. Its as if no one at reception is even working there.

This has to be one of the worst doctors offices in regard to getting ahold of a doctor here or their assistant. They dont answer the portal messages or most phone calls. Even worse is trying to get an appt that isnt months out. Dr called me in a prescription that is a discontinued drug. Its been impossible to get this office to call me in a substitute.

I saw Dr. Parag Chokshi after seeing an another provider here in the past. Both were overwhelmingly unhelpful, & with rushed appointment slots of hardly 15 minutes its no wonder Dr. Chokshi tried to slap me with a bogus diagnosis, because quite frankly: he had no clue, and was uninterested in doing a workup. Even upon asking if maybe an exam or some tests might shine some light on what he dismissed as usual things humans experience (undoubtedly not the case) he said no need, & I should seek answers elsewhere. After waiting 3 months for my time with him it was a huge let down, & now Im off searching for a new doctor to help me. TLDR: dont recommend.
