Kelly Waters showed my wife and I several recliner chairs. We settled on a powered chair with wireless remote. My wife expects everything to be perfect. So I called Kelly and she called me back. She is sending someone to come to our house to look at the chair. I find the chair to be the most comfortable chair I have ever sat in.

My husband and I were looking for his/hers recliners. Kelly Waters was wonderful. She listened to what we wanted. She helped us see what the space in our living room would like with recliners, small table, and another chair. She was personable. It is very hard to find good customer service these days.
