I had a great experience working with Best Buy Furniture until the very end. The sales consultation and scheduling process was easy and on time. The delivery was on time too! Really amazing service for these days.
The issue I experienced was upon the delivery. It took 2 hours for their technician to set up a single wood slatted futon couch. No problem, I get it, hes not familiar with the piece of furniture and everyone has a bad day, no worries, so I tipped him well and wished him the best.
Well, it wasnt until after they left that I realized they had put pressure cracks into the wood from screwing in the bolts too tight using a strong handheld drill.
Had I known they would damage the wood and it would take 2 hours I would have set it up myself. I would still recommend Best Buy Furniture to anyone, just set it up yourself to avoid potential damage.

Thier financial services are criminal I closed my acc they never refunded my 250 dollars and the keep billing me for bogus fees .
