I am absolutely delighted with the hardwood floors installed in my home. The entire process was incredibly smooth, with minimal mess and exceptional efficiency. Steve, the owner, provided invaluable assistance in selecting the perfect wood for my home, and his son Nate, who is remarkably meticulous and a perfectionist, handled the installation flawlessly. Nate's attention to detail even extended to undercutting the baseboards, resulting in a flawless finish. I highly recommend this team for anyone considering hardwood floor installation. Wonderful and professional! It was a pleasure working with the Eisenhour team from the very beginning. The owner is honest, fair and great with communication. The installers are very detail oriented and take pride in their work. They were on time, hard working, respectful and CLEAN! I could not be happier with their job well done! I highly recommend this place. We have gone through a kitchen remodel that has now gone on for a couple years. Its been difficult to figure out how to address our hardwood floor. Weve had other companies come take a look, weve gone to big box stores to talk to experts all with no real help or even willing to quote the job. Eisenhour not only knew what they were talking about, they helped procure the correct wood to match our home and taught us how we could even do it ourselves (it was a very small section.) If experts like this give such attention to small jobs I can only imagine how much care and expertise they bring to the big jobs.

To come straight to the point, Eisenhour Flooring gets my highest recommendation. In fact, I could not recommend them more highly. That is saying a lot coming from me, a former Marine with a very keen attention to detail. Everything about my experience with them was first rate. A father and son family business, they are highly knowledgeable about hardwood and vinyl plank flooring products and have a very nice selection in all price ranges at their store in Mesa. Steve was great to work with and is very prompt to return calls and get estimates. Their prices are significantly lower than the higher-end flooring stores in the valley and are easily on par with the big box stores without sacrificing personal service. The installation process was fantastic. I needed to have old flooring removed including having to remove baseboards and cabinet trim. The new flooring was installed perfectly and looks amazing. They did a fantastic job of reinstalling the baseboards and trim, only needing minimal touch up. Get rid of your nasty old carpet and your beat up hard floors.
