Mow Power

About 2 weeks ago I had to purchase a brand new reel mower from Mow Power after years of repair there for my old mower. This morning I went to use my new mower for the first time and the blades would not turn. I called Mow Power to see what my options were as it's not easy for me to transport a mower in my vehicle, and it is really difficult to load and unload it. I was hoping to not have to return it to the store. Deven took my call, asked me some questions to figure out what the issue was and then said he would come take a look at it because it sounded like it needed a simple adjustment. I didn't have to haul the mower back, and I am so grateful for Deven's offer of service for my mower so quickly. I really appreciate the out of the box customer service that I received today!!! Long story short, quick adjustment done, and I was able to cut my grass this afternoon with no issues at all. Thank you for taking the time and for your service Deven, much appreciated!!

I purchased a handheld gas Echo blower a few days ago, I ended up not liking the blower because of lack of power, and they went ahead and exchanged it for a stihl one instead, even after I used the original. Big shout out to Steven, thanks for doing that! Cool store, and plenty of gas tools. I have been coming to them since their smaller old location and have never had an issue.

I feel this review will go nowhere! This entire store is ran by 20 yr old kids. I was told a rental from Saturday to Monday is a day and half, yet I was charged for 2 days. I was not instructed on anything. Not how to operate it, was not told I needed to fill the fuel or be charged $30 dollars, and I let them know and they even asked if I had rented before and I said no, this is my first time. I was expecting more out of a local small business. I guess I will go to home depot for my future rentals.
