image Ever since Banner took over its become a circus trying to get prescription renewals, what use to take 3 to 4 days can now take up to 3 weeks, I've started asking my pharmacy to keep all fax confirmation s with this clinic because their favorite excuse is they never got the request. image **TURN AND RUN - ASSEMBLY LINE MEDICINE** PA's and MA's alike treat me like a nuisance and a crazy person when I try to advocate for my husband's diabetes, call takers are non-clinical and screw up requests all the time, and the office manager makes excuses instead of corrections. image So 2 different people ask prior to appointment what things you're looking to talk about. It like everyone just goes based on the 1st thing. They're more worried about their own time than yours. I was there for a whole hour without getting anything done. My doctor didn't ask me any questions and was only in the room for like 2 mins. I asked when he's going to come back in for the other stuff. His scheduler tells me he's already in the next appointment. I'm always trying not to bring it to a race thing but there's a real messed up pattern I'm starting to see. They completely unpriortized my visit and pushed me out to help someone else.

image I am so disappointed in Banner Health Clinic. I had an appointment with Dr. Porter on 1/11/22 at 5pm, where he diagnosed me with strep throat and said he was going to send over a prescription for me to start that night, or the following morning. When I went to pick my prescription up at CVS, the pharmacy told me they didn't have anything sent over from my doctor. I called the office and spoke with their after hours staff, who told me she can't do anything for me. So I waited and called back the next morning, 1/12/22 at 8am when the office opened. I explained the situation and they didn't know what happened, and told me they would have the doctors assistant call me back. I waited for four hours with no call back when I decided to call and check in again. This time I spoke to someone different who said he would put another message in as urgent and for me to wait for a call. I waited until it was less than an hour before the office closed. I called back and was told she hasn't gotten to it yet. I spoke with Yessica( I think) and she told me the doctor forgot to sign off on it and was finally able to send that prescription over. Kudos to her for being the ONLY one who seemed to care enough to take time and help me out and follow up with me to make sure I was able to get what I needed.
