I had a medium sized order that was definitely time sensitive. I called Q's embroidery.. Susan made everything possible. I paid a minimal emergency rush fee, and she had the job done within my time window, and the end result was absolutely fantastic.. I will go nowhere else but to Q's embroidery.. I would really recommend Qs embroidery she did an amazing job and had my 2 sweaters done in less than 24hrs I was surprised how fast she was, she is very nice and responsive too. I will definitely be coming back for any embroidery needs.
