CVS

I know the store is closing but I do not appreciate the service from the workers. The store was messy and unorganized as if the store manager didn't k ow ow to do their job. I saw some cans in the fridges one opened with a mess left inside and I thought to make a comment. I've spoke to Chris and got upset at me telling him how to do his job thinking I'm better than him. I apologized and went my way. Zoltron or whatever his name is gave a me a look on the way out. What is with them? All I want is not to have this happen to me or anyone. Hopefully those two don't cause trouble to anyone in other store locations.

My daughter's pinkeye prescription was ready within 40 minutes of the doctor sending it in! They did not have the children's benadryl as a prescription, but the pharmacist was happy to grab me an over the counter generic version so I would not have to come inside with three sick kids in tow. She was also pleasant and super helpful.

UPDATE! 4 MARCH 2024 UPDATE! how this store could be better? Answer SHUT IT DOWN & LOCK THE DOORS! EFFECTIVE 11 APRIL 2024 This location will turn off the lights permanently! All I can say is good riddance to the poorly run joint and staff. THANKS CVS providing great service for the community like usual. (sarcasm). 8/2 UPDATE: I'd like to say they've improved but NOPE they still suck but they do have weekend hours at least for now... As of 7/21 they reduced their hours open to customers yet still there behind the see through magic curtain over a hour later. (Use to call it milking the clock, back in the day). In another attempt to earn your business...we're at lunch now come back later. Nothing like wasting your time because the new normal is the same as the old one. It's 630pm on Wed. I don't want to come in the store... I DO NOT accept your apology for the inconvenience! Absolutely worst customer service experience repeatedly. Take your business elsewhere if you can.

Wait up front for 10 minutes and then go find somebody only to be told we don't do UPS at this location. Poor poor service
