I seldomly write reviews that are negative and try to keep things positive but something to be aware from this stablishment, Melissa has to be one of the most unprofessional person I have ever ever dealt with. Her work ethics are unbelievably unprofessional . Wont follow up accordingly if you are on the other side. Refuses to reply to simple yes or no questions and then claims harassment against her. Goes in circles and doesnt respond accordingly, If dealing with her I highly recommend making copies aAND MAKINF SURE THE DATES OF SUBMISSIONS AND DEADLINES ARE ACCURATE and taking screenshots whenever you get an email to protect your self. AND USE IT if needed. Just a friendly Public Service Announcement
