My first experience at power road dental care was amazing . I definitely recommend them to everyone . When I first walked in I was greeted by Angie she was super friendly. Wendy was very nice and talked about relatable things I like which was nice . Madysen was the BEST assistant ever she was was very gentle and made sure to make sure I had no anxiety as I dont like going normally.Dr.Davis was awesome he really took his time explaining things and getting my mouth perfect again . My experience with Power Road Dental Care has always been nothing but the best! I enjoy having Dr. Tyler Davis as my dentist along with his most accommodating staff. Everyone is outgoing and friendly and I leave feeling well taken care of.

The first time I came in for an initial consultation I was really pleased with the dentist and his assistant. However, todays cleaning with their sub-hygienist was a horrible experience. She tore into my gums repeatedly when cleaning with the automatic tool and then took the scraper and ripped into my teeth like she was excavating - EXTREMELY ROUGH HANDED. The most painful cleaning of my life and I honestly feel hesitant to ever come back as my gums were clearly bleeding and the dentist didnt even address the issue due to her literally slicing me along the upper gum line. Very disappointed and now have a fear of coming back after today I would rather just get a prorated refund for the in house payment plan I made for the year and just go elsewhere.
