Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health

The dept of Oral Health at this school sucks so bad. And whatever you do don't patronize Dr. Smith here while she's a resident, OR when she's out in her own practice. You WILL regret it. She broke off a tooth of mine because she can't even handle the basic task of taking an impression of your teeth. She'll leave that sticky stuff in way too long, and then not be able to get the tray back out. All that's left to do at that point is to wrench it out of your mouth with a great deal of force. Therein lies the problem. You may lose a tooth as a result. Mine was sheared off at the gumline and the only recourse I have is to get an implant. They refused to accept responsibility for this damage she caused, and I'm now forced to pay for this most expensive of dental services out-of-pocket. No, my "insurance" doesn't cover this because I'm on Medicare. Medicare doesn't cover anything having to do with your teeth. Since A. T. Still refused to do the implant and take responsibility for it - I'll have to go to an expert and pay full price. In hindsight, I'm glad - because if A.T. Still did the implant I'd probably get an infection from them doing it wrong. I'm sure it would be nothing but problem after problem. Do yourself and your teeth a favor - don't ever go to this place if you value your teeth.

Lola Onate was extremely unhelpful and rude. Refused to help solve any issues and basicaly scammed me for money with out providing any services. If you can go anywhere else, Do so! its barely any cheaper here anyways and they are terrible.

Excellent service. The student Dentists are so wonderful. They are caring and eager to learn. They do their best and actually make you feel at ease. Wonderful place to have dental work done. Susan
