I dont even know where to begin, so much went wrong in such a short period that I am still astounded at the type of care this place is giving, if I could give 0 stars I would but other parents need to hear this. My daughter started at 6 weeks old and mind you I am a new mother so dropping her off somewhere all day was incredibly difficult but I was assured she was getting the best care. The first day I pick her up she comes home with a diaper rash, she had never had one before coming to Just Like Home Too. Now I would have looked past it if that wasnt the start of everything else. Come to realize that we are supposed to be getting sheets everyday with her feedings, diaper changes and if she needs anything, only reason we found out was because about 2 hours after I dropped her off, I get spam called stating she was out of formula, why would I let my new born go without formula? Not once was something said at mornings drop off, the previous pick up or in the sheets we werent getting. So I decided it was time I have a talk with someone higher up about the issues. Talked with someone who claimed to be the director (later found out she was not) and she assured me we would start getting the sheets, well after that talk for a few days they did give us a sheet if we asked for it but either they hadnt even filled one out for the day or it just had what she ate. Once I saw they were only feeding her 3 oz when I specifically said 4-5 with burping every 2, I brought up to them again she needed to eat 4-5. To assist with her burping we provided gas drops with a doctors note to give them to her every feeding with no instruction to stop, so how come I come in and the teacher tells me Oh, they stopped giving the gas drops to her when asked why, I was told no reason, they just stopped. What if that had been an important heart medication or something like that, how can I trust you to keep my daughter safe and healthy when something as simple as gas drops wont even be given? When I would bring her bottles home to wash I noticed an incredible amount of gunk and old formula build up in the aeration hole which to me is just pure lazy, there were other babies there with the same bottles as my daughter and I am positive they have the same build up because it is not being cleaned. Which brings me to my next statement, the bottles may be lablee but if your child has the same type as another child the nipples and inside parts are interchanged between child, that is not okay. We had multiple talks and nothing changed. I do not recommend Just Like Home Too to any parent whether infant or young child, there wasnt a day I dropped her off where I was not worried about her wellbeing. They do not listen to your concerns and do not change their ways when doing something against your requests. I hope the other children and parents that use this facility for care do not get this same treatment.

Just like home daycare and preschool has been at home away from home for about three and a half years for me and my four children. I'm blessed and very grateful for all the teachers and staff that helped me and continue to help me with life skills *academics in early education for my 2 toddlers#and the love and support always given by the staff and teachers at just like home .the teachers are very helpful and respectful and very understanding to any concerns or needs that I have and I truly appreciate it Thank you teachers! Me and my children are grateful for all you staff and just like home team and management and all the hard work you guys continue to do for me and my children thank you. 10 out of 10. I highly recommend Just like home daycare preschool to any parent in assistance of child care or preschool. just like home is truly the best thank you staff and teachers
