        Terrible service. Store is messy. Couldnt get helped by anyone. Wasnt allowed to use the restroom. Front clerk was very rude and unfriendly. I used to like coming to Joanns seems like hobby lobby will be my top go too from now on.

        Can you hire more people , So there are at least 3 people working. Having only 2 people seems to put your employees in a bad mood.

        Used to work here. I quit. Had too many tasks put onto me when i was closing the store with only 1 other person. Would work 7 or 8 hours with NO break or lunch at all. Store closes with only 2 people. Nothing gets out to the floor because there's nobody scheduled enough to get it out. Everyone is grumpy because they're stressed out and overworked while being severly underpaid. The managers will take the customers side before their employees. No empathy for the employees if something happens personally. I wish all the new employees good luck. Youre gonna need it with all these changes the higher ups are doing to joanns
