Two years I had the shower re-done in our master bathroom. For the first year everything seemed ok. Except soon after things started to fall apart. Our tile started to crack in spots, the shower head is coming off the wall, there is a leak (more like a large hole that shoots water everywhere) in the detachable hand shower feature where the hose connects to the handle, and the door was installed incorrectly which caused the door to scratch the tile and the door frame to come away from the base of the shower. It is not like we purchase cheap products. Our shower is maybe 4 feet wide by 2-3 feet deep. We spent a little over $5000 for this small space to be as comfortable and attractive as it could be. Unfortunately the craftsmanship is what was lacking. Mike and the crew of 2 guys were nice, but that doesn't take away from the fact that we spent all that money and 2 years later it is falling apart. It is me and one other adult using the shower. It isn't like we have a family of 5 in and out of there. We take care of our home and our belongings and it is sad that we are already having to make all of these repairs. Not to mention the crew were dirty and I had to call them back to clean up (which is annoying).
Overall, for the money we spent and having to fix a bunch of problems due to lack of proper installation, I would not recommend this company if you are looking to have a bathroom remodel. It is not worth the trouble in the long run.
