My husband and I have been using SOS for many years and it is difficult to list ALL of the help they have given us. Here are just a few:
• Helped with research for a new computer
• Set up 4 new laptops and desktop computers
• Performed remote service when we faced a challenge but were not in Mesa
• Solved the problem of connecting a new wifi printer
• Checked computer when we were concerned that we had been hacked
• Suggested a password management and anti virus program that have been great
Wendy and company deserve the company name, “Serving Online Seniors”. They really enjoy working with seniors (and others) and this is evident in the exceptional service, patience and follow up that they provide for their customers. Customer service is NOT dead, it resides at SOS.

Wendy was fabulous! She went the extra mile to fix my printer. She didn't give up and had it printing again in half an hour. Plus she was super nice and lovely to talk to. Definitely recommend.

This is my new computer service from now on. I can't say enough good things about them. They are down-to-earth, wonderful people with a "can-do" attitude. I could not add a new printer yesterday after my printer quit working. I was a little embarrassed about not being able to do such a simple task, but Wendy instantly put me at ease and assured me that they would figure out what was going on. When Tessa was trying to solve this problem, she discovered that my computer was loaded with virus. It literally took her all afternoon and all night to find the 16,000 virus-related things that needed to be deleted. I am back in business and could not be happier. These ladies are personable, smart, professional, responsive, and I could go on and on about them. The price was reasonable and very competitive. In this era of the pandemic, you don't even have to go to the office or have them come to your home for some things. They have a handy application where they can work on your computer over the internet. If you are having computer problems, this is the only place to contact.
