We went in this morning and there were 3 people helping customers. When they were done with the customers in front of us they all disappeared. Not a single person greeted us or asked if we would like to order. What terrible disrespectful customer service.

Donuts taste stale - Boston cream frosting cracks - drive thru window stays open so I see flies in and out - definitely not like the one off Ray Rd in Ahwatukee - disappointed and feel a little nauseous

Rude customer service and prices are insane! Over $17 for a dozen doughnuts.

Went for two breakfast sandwiches. On the board it clearly says 2 for 5.49.
When I got to the window, the total was over 12 dollars!
When I asked about the price, the gentleman at the window said it was 5.69 each. And that I would need a coupon, and that the board didnt have it on there.
I went around, took a photo, and went back to the window to show him at the window, and he said that they dont do that anymore!
That its just the price now.
Please either change the price, change what the sign says, or give me thing it clearly says.
