Dont buy the isurance for your phone.They will not cover it unteless you pay a big deductible.They never said anything about paying a deductible.They tryed to hit me for $175.00.They told me my phone was couvered with the $8.00 a month.Its a scam!!!!!!That will be the last phone i buy from them.I went to T Metro and bought a A 54 for $49.00 dollars.

Original review from over 3 years ago: Went in there to get new screen protectors for my mother and I, took over a half hour because there was one staff helping one guy nearly the entire time. The staff proceeded to help the people in front of us then went back to helping the guy. Horrible staff, go to a different cricket store if you need something. EDIT (Three years later, moved location): Today was a regular Thursday when I woke up aside from the fact that I knew I couldn't put off getting a new cell phone any longer. What happened today was anything but regular and possibly one of the best customer service experiences I've had in my entire life. I walked into cricket wireless to get a new phone, not expecting much from the company after several poor and mediocre experiences with staff in the past. I was greeted immediately by a extremely friendly woman and we instantly got down to business. I told her what I needed and she showed me the phones she had. Within the first 5 minutes of meeting this cricket employee, I already knew I was going to be leaving this review. Tamara has an apptitude for customer service and making the customer happy and it shows in everything she says. After a short while of looking at phones I found one that is a similar operating system to my current phone. I immediately fell in love with the phone and we picked out a case and screen protector that I liked. After picking out a screen protector I changed my mind and Tamara assured me saying something along the lines of "You get what you like, I want you to be happy with your purchase". From the start Tamara treated me like a friend, and her kindness and sincereity shined thru in everything she said. She even informed me of a government plan that I qualified for to get a large chunk knocked off my monthly phone bill. She also called the line to verify me and make sure I was accepted. I wasn't accepted because I need to submit some additional information, but I really feel as if she went out of her way to help me with my claim. After being there almost a half hour she offered my mother and I some cold bottled water which was extremely refreshing. In the end I had been there a little over an hour but left with the best customer service experience of my life. I could've stayed there all day and bought so many unnecessary things if I didn't have an appointment to attend. I ended up leaving with a brand new phone, complete with an installed memory card, a screen protector and phone case, all at an extremely affordable rate. The one thing that was free thanks to Tamara is my brand new outlook on the company. I'll definitely be back. 3rd and final edit: I once again had a horrible experience at this location. The lady named Tamara seems to no longer be working there, and last time I was in there a lazy teenager treated my business like an inconvenience. Anyways, maybe cricket would get more business if they kept their good employees. Just my 2 cents.
