All the staff here are so kind!!! I totally recommend working with car connection. I had to sell my car before moving from Arizona and Tom, Ernesto, and one other super kind employee whose name I didnt get were SO helpful. Really went out of their way to help me & my family. The selling process was so smooth I could hardly believe it. Ive only had negative experiences with car salespeople and dealers before and was so pleased to have a nice experience at car connection! As much paperwork as possible was done in advance (which was a lot, I was pleasantly surprised) and on the day of, we were only there for maybe 20 minutes. A really seamless process. Incredibly accommodating business. Totally recommend! Thanks so much guys!!

I recently purchased a 2016 Volvo XC90 from The Car Connection in October 2023, and overall, my experience was satisfactory. The car looked nice, and I appreciated the ability to have the vehicle inspected by my mechanic. The inspection revealed several issues, but TCC was willing to negotiate and cover the majority of the repairs, which was a positive aspect of the transaction. However, within 30 days of purchasing the car, the check engine light came on, P0420 indicating a bad catalytic converter. This was unexpected and disappointing, especially after having addressed other issues prior to purchasing the vehicle. My advice to future buyers would be to be prepared for unexpected expenses and to have money saved on the side to cover any unforeseen issues that may arise. While TCC did negotiate repairs initially, there were additional issues that were not disclosed upfront, which was a bit of a letdown. I hope additional problems do not crop up.

I recently bought a truck here in beautiful condition and at a really attractive price. My experience was very pleasant and the people were very kind and accommodating. They were quick to offer me help and taking off my license plate for me. Most of all I loved how honest they were, making sure I knew all the details of my vehicle for the issues they found. Very straight forward, respectful, and honorable people. Couldn't have been more happy with how easy and smooth sailing everything went. From financing to trading in my vehicle. It's an everything all at once kind of place. Quick and easy.
