I bought my 1st 2020 chevy traverse from here today, I'm happy with it because it's a gift for my Rib. Thanks to Anthony for getting us the service we needed. Good service and good vibes. Bathroom needs a little more upgrades but above all it's all good.

bought a car the motor blew up 1 month later the dealership took no reasonability because they messed up on the oil change put the wrong oil filter it cost me 10k to fix and when they told the finance company they would help for the labor they lied nd said only if it was at their shop i would avoid this dealership because nothing come good dealing with them Jason and Jamie they like to hang up on you and cuss you out .

I went to the dealership with my boyfriend and his 8 year old daughter to look into buying a vehicle. I test drove a couple. Kyle Gaughen was very nice to begin with when he thought we were an easy sell. One of the vehicles he showed us seemed higher than others I had seen so we said we wanted said we wanted to think about it and Kyle's demeanor changed drastically at that point from good to bad quickly. He asked what we had to think about and we said the price. He made some remarks about things on my credit and then abruptly got up and started walking away so my boyfriend said "I appreciate your time." To which Kyle said, "Yeah I bet you do." This is what gives used car salesmen a bad name. I will never go back there. WHEN I do purchase a vehicle it will be from somewhere else and I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to buy from there as well. ** the response to this review is exactly what I would expect from a dealership like this. I hope everyone reading this now knows what they are dealing with. Everyone knows that people who get defensive when bad reviews are left only makes them look really bad (but I already knew they were bad). My boyfriend belittles in front of his 8 year daughter?, absolutely not! Now not only has this salesperson commented on my credit so has the owner, is this the kind of dealership you want to buy a vehicle from? I had a repossession of a camper after I went through a terrible divorce and could not pay for it because my ex husband would not give it back to me, prior to that my credit was perfect. Having a dealership make snide comments about it is incredibly unprofessional. Don't go here, if all the reviews about selling lemons and not making it right are not enough for you then please read how they treat people who don't come right in and purchase and not ask questions or think about a large purchase. UPDATED: after leaving this review someone who worked at this establishment submitted 14 credit checks under my name. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!
