Expansive Mesa at Newberry Station

Nice place. Havent yet been able to check it out much. Usually get there at 3p and leave by 5p, when they shut the lights off regardless of whether youre still there. And, all Ive seen of the place is Conference Room 101 where I meet with a Job Coach once a week. Also saw fancy coffeemaker in kitchen. Front and back entrances. Being in downtown Mesa, parking is sparse.

I have booked two different meetings here and both have been phenomenal experiences! The space is clean, functional and beautiful. The staff is very friendly and responsive. The conference room we booked had great tech and comfortables chairs which helps when you're sitting all day. We used the kitchen which was really helpful and convenient. We also hosted our company holiday luncheon here and used the kitchen space, booths and lounge area. Not only was it beautifully decorated, but it was clean and cozy. We will definitely be renting spaces here again soon. The pricing is very competitive, as I have priced out all local coworking/co-working spaces in the downtown area. This also has rooms large enough for 12-20, which most coworking can only accommodate board meetings with 8-10 people. I'm glad Expansive is now in the downtown Mesa area!

Great experience and staff! The space is always clean and welcoming, making it a comfortable place to work (the gratis espresso is a plus)
