Moneck Payment Solutions

We have not had a great experience with them. We have been in underwriting status for 11 days with no new updates rather than it is still under review when we were told it would take 3 days. They told us twice we needed to provide 3 months of processing history which we told them both times, and before we even were submitted to underwriting, that we do not have 3 months of processing because we are a new start-up company and that was fine. So that should have not been an issue or a cause of delay with underwriting. We have looked for another company to use and they have already done way more than this company has.

Great company to work with to help local business getting the best credit card processing services out there. The staff are very friendly and has outstanding knowledge about all the possible fee and hidden charges. We are very happy to work with Moneck to offer the best high risk merchant accounts in the USA. We got not 1, not 2 but multiple processing providers in the USA to increase our customer's approval rate! Great services that are second to none.

What a life saver. The agent at Moneck really knows about the merchant account. We got a better rate and the awesome services from this company. We were not aware of the hidden fee we were paying with out previous merchant provider. Most importantly, it makes our small business more profitable. They also helped us get our eCheck payment form online, so our customers can pay use without using Credid Card. Awesome services.

For a small business owner, every penny count. The least fee we have to pay for credit card processing, the more profit we will get. Thanks to the professional services and knowledge Moneck provided to us. We were able to move on to new merchant account for our little high risk business. We can now process eCheck and credit card payment over the phone and online as well. Without paying extra application fee to beginning with, we already saved money. We did not expect the transition be so simple. The sales rep at Moneck did awesome job to make sure we understand the cost and the service we are receiving. Straight forward and no nonsense.

Very happy with the company that provides professional services on the merchant account and mobile processing solutions. It was a right decision to switch over to Moneck payment for my online business. The phone is always answered with real rep, which is very important when merchant run into issues with their credit card processing. The transition to new merchant provider with the same Authorize gateway was no hassle at all. Had second high risk merchant account with this company through other channel. It was quickly approved and up running in less than 3 days.
