I wish I could do a negative star. Ive been going to this location for YEARS. I have never had an issue with the customer service until today. The young lady and the older lady were absolutely RUDE! Greeted the people ahead of me but when I walked up NOTHING. No hello, how are you, welcome in. NOTHING. I said to them after they ignored me but rung up my purchase, hello ladies how are you?!! They finally said hello and after that nothing. I asked the older woman to separate my purchase and she again proceeded to put them together like I would know which one was which. The young one held on to my purchases like I was going to steal them or take off without paying. Im sure they were acting this way because Im not the usual shade that shops here. Yes Im DEFINITELY sure it was because Im not WHITE.

I visited Francesca and it didn't dissapoint. They had a good jewelry sale. They carry a lot of nice gift items. Will go back.

I was at Dana Park yesterday, and decided to go into Francesca's because I had not been there in quite some time. The two girls working there were not nice at all to my surprise, because in the past, they had always been super friendly. This changes the whole vibe of the store, and for the first time ever, I did not enjoy my shopping experience.
