Premier Kitchen and Bath

The poor workmanship really showed after a few years. 1. When they replaced the toilet, they overtightened one bolt, which caused the toilet to bulge away from the flange, creating a water leak point into the substrate. It was only connected to 1 of 2 of flange holes. They never replaced the flange, which they should have done. 2. The brand new dishwasher was not balanced when installed, and the top tray would roll out. I asked Premier to take a look at it within 3 months of their work, and they told me to contact the manufacturer. That is never a good sign. I called a repairman instead, and he told me (a) they used the trim holes as mounting holes (b) the feet were never extended, and therefore, it was just hanging from the top which caused the dishwasher to rip out of it's mounting holes. 3. Mold started forming under the jacuzzi tub deck. I contacted a repairman and he told me Premier installed the tile directly on top of plywood and did not install a concrete board barrier to prevent water intrusion and mold. The entire tub needs to be reworked now. 4. There are a host of other reasons their work was both expensive and poor - they added a number of items we did not request, like wall mounted make-up mirrors. A couple of the toilet paper holders were installed with one screw instead of two and they ripped out after a couple of years. The communication was awful; our countertop choice was no longer available and we ended up with something completely different than we picked out.

Premier Kitchen did a great job. They exceeded my expectations. The kitchen turned out amazing. They helped me with my design and gave me many options and ideas to give me the kitchen I wanted. I am happy with how everything turned out.

Absolutely thrilled with the work done by Premier Kitchen and Bath on our kitchen makeover! From the initial consultation to the final reveal, their team was amazing.The interior designer did a fantastic job, he took our ideas and added some cool new designs that made our kitchen look luxurious. We chose a quartz countertop that has become the centerpiece of our kitchen. The installers finished the job on time and did everything they could to keep things easy for us while they worked. Big thanks to Premier Kitchen and Bath for their excellent work and for making our kitchen renovation project exactly how we wanted it!

Premier kitchen and bath will not disappoint! They are so easy to work with! Right from the beginning of your planning to picking out everything! It was an awesome experience with them and the end result is the best! We love the kitchen and bathrooms! Thanks you Kent and Stephanie and premier kitchen and bath!
