        Today I Called for a part for my 2018 explorer and all they tried to do was shuffle me over to service. I get it, Im in sales and they want to get me in there and diagnose other potential issues and get a big ticket. I dont have the time or money for that. I just want the part that my mechanic cant source. Its a simple enough task for me to do on my own. Ill call another Ford dealership.
