I got my windshield replaced here a year ago noticed a leak with heavy rain and a wind whistle at highway speeds. Long story short, they honored their warranty but the leak remained after replacing the windshield. I let them know, they took another look and resealed the windshield just for it to leak again. I decided to take it somewhere else for a second opinion and come to find out, showtime auto glass was committing fraud with my insurance by charging for items they didnt use, parts that were more expensive than the parts they did use. The place I got a second opinion at replaced the windshield at my house and theres no leak or wind whistle.

ShowTime Auto Glass customer service was exceptional. I was greeted by whom I assumed was the windshield installer the moment I pulled into the shop. He reviewed with me the details of the replacement of my winshield, was handed my keys, and immediately drove my car into the shop for winshield replacement. I went into the shop office and again was greeted by the employees. They asked if I'd like to watch a movie while waiting, showed me into their theatre room, and suggested a movie for me to watch and offered me a soda. When my replacement was complete (less than an hour), they came to let me know, and my car was parked by the front door ready to go. The staff and experience from start to finish was the best and what customer service should be. Thank you, ShowTime staff, for a wonderful customer service experience!

As an owner of an FJ cruiser for many years, I am very familiar with windshield replacement. ShowTime has replaced at least 5 of them. I have always received quick and friendly service. Show Time Auto Glass is the BEST!!!! Had my car for 3 months on last day of work before a vacation rock hit me on the freeway!!!!! Found a small crack, called Show Time they said head on over and we'll get you fixed up. Pulled in and literally less that 10 minutes crack repaired and I am on my way NO CHARGE!!! NO INSURANCE QUESTIONS, NO HASSLE, just fabulous customer service!!! I will use them for all my auto glass needs!!! T. C. Oct 2023
