Had a windshield repaired and now need to get it replaced as the original repair was not done properly and I have water leaking. I contacted the claims rep, then she forwarded me to Mr. Kirk Fouts, the regional service manager, who I've emailed and called numerous times over the past 3 weeks, but still have yet to hear back. This pathetic customer service speaks volumes to the substandard quality of this company. I would HIGHLY recommend you stay clear of doing any business with them. Service: Auto windshield replacement

Insurance claim was turned in a week ago for a broken sunroof. I was told by a Glass America Rep that they needed to use OEM and a local dealer had one in stock, and was waiting on my insurance company to approve the OEM. Insurance approved and Wednesday....since that time I've been told several times that a manage would call me and update me if they'd even ordered the glass. Manager never called. They never answer the phone...you have to push 1 to be set up for a call back. On a couple occasions I had to wait over 5 hours for them to call back, and then just got the run around. No one could or would tell me if they ever ordered the glass. I contacted my insurance company and had the claim transferred to a different company.
