My father passed away so we had to navigate 'what to do next.' We reached out to Ryan Hodges at Jackson White to help us through this process. He was incredible from start to finish! He helped us through the probate process, explaining how it works and he was very clear from the beginning on what the expectations are for myself and him, which I appreciated. He was a great communicator through it all too. Always got back to us with short, efficient emails. The message was crystal clear and no room for missed information. Even though I was 5 states away, he made the process easier than I could have ever imagined. I couldn't be more pleased and thankful to have had him our our side. Highly, highly recommended!

The first encounter I had with Jackson White was with Colton Johnson. Colt was not my attorney, he was my fiduciary's attorney, and he ultimately did a masterful job of facilitating a complicated and difficult guardianship and conservatorship that went beyond the scope my attorney's abilities. I was extremely grateful that he was part of my extended team. If I had to do either a guardianship or a conservatorship again I would definitely pick Colt to be my attorney.
When it came time to probate my mother's estate there was no question that I was going to transition to Ryan Hodges. Again
this became a difficult situation when other family members hired an attorney to challenge her will. After many emails and
much negotiation we were able to arrive at a settlement that was agreeable to all parties. Throughout it all Ryan was in constant communication with me. His communications were always clear, concise and timely. Needless to say, this was an unpleasant experience and I have to say that having Ryan as my attorney I felt totally supported. His advice was thoughtful and spot-on throughout. I was very pleased and couldn't have been happier
