Does not answer their phones and never calls back. Just wants your money and is not flexible with their customers.

This HOA used Goodman Law to amend 60-year old deed restrictions to eliminate a problem that threatened the peace and value of 38 homeowners in this area. In a word, they were excellent. We met with a partner immediately after contacting them, and he guided us through the legal maze in record time. Their fees were reasonable, their work timely and thorough, and the outcome excellent. They came highly recommended by some of the premier law firms in the Phoenix area, and did not disappoint. I highly recommend this firm; they are honest, fair, and trustworthy.

I love this firm. :) As a board president I've seen a lot of law firms come and go. Everyone at this firm is responsive, kind, and fair on billing.

Our new condominium is going through legal items with original builders in Scottsdale. Through request they wanted to do testing in our unit the week of Thanksgiving. We had friends staying with us and declined and Katie Humphrey (paralegal) consistently implied that it was best to the point we eventually gave in. Initial scope and timeline was one days work for 4-6 hours. Not only did the project take 5 days, but they left out inside and outside a mess, rending our outside useless and took us roughly 8 hours to clean up. Mark Holmgrem asked what he could do it make it up but ultimately did nothing. Our neighbor directly above us had an even worse experience. This team representing our building tried to show empathy through email, but was all talk and no action. Folks using them be aware that they dont care about you, rather getting what they need to make a buck.
