        My grandmother came to Allegiant of Mesa about 3 weeks ago. I was hesitant because of negative reviews/ratings. It was brought to my attention by a social worker that this place has a 5/5 rating for quality measures. Our experience has been excellent so far. This place is under new management and has a wonderful, caring staff.

        I'm here and thank God I'm leaving in two.days. The facility is.very pretty and the food is good, however the care you receive is terrible. In order to get changed you have to hit the call button because no one comes to check on you. You don't get washed and finally today I received a tooth brush, tooth paste and brush and comb. The aide handed me a wet washcloth to wash my face and hands and then another to wash my body all the while watching me. I feel sorry for the patients who are not able to advocate for themselves. If you have a loved one unable to advocate for themselves please choose a different facility.
