I work with Valley King Properties in Mesa as an apartment locater. I have had the amazing pleasure of working with Coral Point apartments and their leasing staff this last week! The whole staff is amazing, the leasing agents are so kind, and they are so quick to get applications approved! I am genuinely so excited to work more with them in the future! Thank you to the amazing staff at Coral Point for making my experience with you absolutely amazing :)

How can you all send an email/text the morning of an inspection without any heads up notice? UPDATE: place still sucks- laundry rooms are horrible!! Theyre never open, even after the office sends out multiple emails in regards to the laundry rooms. This place sucks. Management doesnt care, they will call you back a couple days later if youre lucky- even then its no help. The workers in the office dont talk like they know whats going on, constantly new workers in there. The roach problem in our unit has gotten worse. The unit below us were supposed to have new people move in, but the day of Coral Point had to bomb the unit because of the roach issue in their unit and then the people moved in the next day. Management doesnt take care of anything here. The laundromat is a joke, if you like your card being charged a couple times just to have your clothes come out soaking wet then this is the place for you. Chris and the maintenance team are best and the only positive thing I can say about this place. For paying almost $1100 in rent, this is not worth it. This is my first apartment Ive ever lived in. I moved in here on July 10th, with my boyfriend. Move in was a little rough due to the fact they didnt really tell me much helpful info, the unit itself wasnt bad. A month in, our AC vent keeps leaking water. I let the office and maintenance know several times, putting in work orders for the issue. The office would call, saying they would fix it, and now were almost to November and our AC vent isnt fixed, and is still dripping because they put the drip pan in incorrectly. I hate to write negative reviews about any place, but considering were paying rent to live here I expect some issues to be handled. Now, my upstairs neighbor has been having roach issues due to the fact that her downstairs neighbor moved and they still havent cleaned out that apartment. Now my boyfriend and I have been getting roaches in our kitchen, and now were seeing them in our bathroom, baby ones too. We are clean people, dont have food in the apartment because we barely cook. Supposedly they had someone come out to spray but by the looks of it they put bait out. One messy, dirty neighbor can ruin it for everyone else. Ive asked the office to try and clean or even open the downstairs apartment but they have not. Chris, the maintenance guy is amazing and hes such a hard worker but definitely I think could use more help around the complex. I am so tired of roaches and an ac vent that leaks. Oh, and apparently our downstairs neighbor was having leaking problems from their roof, and some lady, knocked on our door around 8pm, didnt announce or introduce herself, and came into our apartment and looked in the bathroom. I dont mind workers coming in, but tell us who you are and why youre coming into our own apartment. This is getting beyond ridiculous and my boyfriend and I are very aggravated to say the least. Fix the apartment below us, fix our ac vent, and actually try and fix the roach problem that not only I am experiencing, but my upstairs neighbor as well.
