After dealing with a major mold issue I completed extensive research on this topic. I became extremely ill from mold exposure and had to make sure to find a very knowledgeable mold inspector and needed to know enough about the topic to pick the best one out there. After speaking with many inspectors, Tracey was hands down the MOST knowledgeable and the detailed experience he has cant be compared to others. He understands the importance of all the tools that can be used and doesnt discount tools out there that can tell a part of the story in finding the mold. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this company. You will be hiring the best and wont have to waste time talking to the others because Ive done that part for you.

Very happy I went with this company. I was able to get my inspection the same morning and Tracy was excellent in so many ways. Hes one of the friendliest, most down to earth, service man Ive had the pleasure of working with, and hes honest. I felt confident in his expertise. He was very knowledgeable and eager to answer Any and all questions I had. He never seemed too busy to hear me out.

I cannot recommend both Tracy and his business highly enough, for several reasons. Firstif you are concerned that mold is affecting your health, and your landlord (for example) is dragging their feet about fixing the problem, an AZIAQ test provides incontrovertible hard evidence that the issue is real and needs to be fixed. If you are dealing with people who don't take your legitimate complaints seriously, they will take them seriously when you show up with AZIAQ test results. Second, Tracy is committed to customer service; he takes the time to promptly answer all client questions, such as the significance of various concentrations of mold, or of different types of mold. Third, this business is a prime example of "you get what you pay for." AZIAQ doesn't sell the cheapest service on the market, but you will not find comparable service for the same price. For the money you pay, you get spore counts for individual categories of mold (such as aspergillus), lab-certified results, and a business owner who answers your questions promptly and thoroughly. 10/10.
