Terros Health - Stapley Health Center- Primary Care

I'm done with this place , just about every month I have to call multiple times to get my medication mainly, because I can never get an appointment before I run out even making them them same day and all, but a few times it takes me atleast a week for them to call in a bridge. This time they rescheduled my appointment a few hrs. Before my appointment I ask for a bridge which I'd called foe Thursday it's Monday they say sure no problem it's Thursday they only called in 1 medication that I'm not out of not what I've been out of. My Dr can't even adjust my meds because we don't know how I'm actually doing because my body is always having to adjust to being out and back on. It's bad for my mental health I'm trying to open a business and it's really hard when your body is always on a roller coaster. The only time receptionists take me seriously and don't just transfer me to a line where I'll leave a message unless I ask for a supervisor. Then has been an all around bad experience especially with the 1st Dr I had treating me like I had a drug problem, because I need my medication I've been on for over a year. This place has really done a lot of damage.

Hi I'm Alanna Nevayaktewa I was being treated here by Luis C and his helper Nicole well Nicole is a horrible person she does not know how to do her job she not equipped to handle addiction patients she bases her help off of wether or not she will allow you to have services however for me she completely lied she said she called me but she never updated my number I GAVE HER LAST YEAR BUT OF CORSE HER COWORKERS INCLUDING HER BOSS WOULD RATHER THEIR PATIENTS RELAPSE THAN TO HELP THEM YOU CHOSE THIS job but because you don't like someone that's how she determines how OR IF SHE WILL HELP YOU EVERYONE IS NOT HERE FOR YOUR SOBRIETY They are here just to get a weak check I had this issue with Nicole Luis is co-worker before 0and she did it again twice this year so make sure to get someone else because if you say something she don't like she will not help you I will be putting this on ALL OF MY SOCIAL MEDIAS BECAUSE PEOPLE WHO REALLY WANT HELP DO NOT GO TO Terros for the MAT go somewhere else because even though she is wrong for what she is doing her boss and Luis C are going to back her even though her actions can ABSOLUTELY CAUSE A RELAPSE I WAS CRYING AND STILL SHE DID NOT WANT TO HELP NOR DID LUIS C OR THE BOSS NICOLE IS WRONG FOR HOW SHE HANDLES HER ADDICTION PATIENTS YOU GUYS ARE PROFESSIONALS BUT YET YOU GUYS SHOW THAT YOU ARE ALL NOT EQUIPPED TO HANDLE ADDICTION PATIENTS IVE BEEN WITH YOU FUYS FOR YEARS AND THE ONLY PERSON WHO GIVES MY SOBRIETY A PROBLEM IS NICOLE FROM THE STAPLEY FACILITY and you Luis C you are the MAT provider but yet you allow your appointment SETTER TO DETERMINE WHETHER OR NOT YOU WILL SEE SPECIFIC PATIENTS AND YOU ARE WRONG FOR THAT ABSOLUTELY WRONG YOU GUYS SHOULD BE MORE WILLING TO HELP ESPECIALLY WHEN A PATIENT IS SCARED OF RELAPSE but still you let her Nicole DETERMINE IF I GET HELP IF YOU KNEW SHE DID NOT LIKE ME WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD YOU PUT HER TO DO MY APPOINTMENTS ESPECIALLY WHEN SOMEONE ELSE COULD EASLEY do it RIDICULOUS AND LOW AND WRONG NICOLE SHOULD BE FIRED FOR HOW SHE GOES ABOUT SETTING APPOINTMENTS

Kinda wish I would have read the reviews before going here. They basically abandoned me, never received calls back from therapist to reschedule when they were sick. Will not be coming here ever again, or seeking therapy for that matter. What a joke and waste of time, at least I didnt have to pay for this abysmally, disappointing service. Do not go here if you want ACTUAL Help. Not only that but it looks as if all the responses to reviews are copy pasted, there is zero actual accountability, and they do not actually care about individuals.

These have to be some of the stupidest people I have ever met. Therapy really doesn't provide any support after the fact of whatever issues had happened. Its really a waste of time and the end goal is just to help you be calm and stable even if you have to do so via meditation. I took a dbt group here the mediator Linsey actually had a genuine interest in sharing the info and helping others. She really made a difference in my life and I can approach things differently. I worked with several individual female counselors Kayla Mann, Brooke Lombardo and had a chat with Jaclyn the therapy supervisor. They seem to not have a real interest in my mental health other than providing the basic coverage and time for the sessions. I do feel the latter two might have set me up for failure. They seem to have their own issues and projected that onto me and possibly wanted to push my buttons for their amusement. I had originally gone there after the mess at the priest location. I got the chance to speak with the former therapy supervisor and I believe was let go for an office romance. Well there you go people need to find a means to pay for enormous college debts.
