I could not thank Soba Mesa enough. Chris was the first person to take my call. It was a Tuesday night and my husband decided it was time to get some help for his drinking. I called and Chris answered he was so awesome and was able to get my husband in to treatment that same night. While my husband was in there anything I needed I text Chris and he responded right away. One of the times I messaged and he was super sick and still didnt hesitate to help me out. My husband came out of there refreshed and he feels like a completely new person. He had nothing but good things to say about the staff and how well he was taken care of. Just today he called Rebecca and she stayed on the phone with him and had a nice long talk. She was in no rush to just push his conversation off. She was truly there to listen and take his call. Thank you all again for taking such good care him and helping my husband come back home healthy.

This place legit saved my & my husband's life. I'm so thankful that they allowed us to go at the same time, because it definitely wouldn't have worked if we had to do it separately. We were using Fentynol, Meth & Cocaine when we came in, & I desperately wanted to go to rehab because I was scared we would die if we did it on our own. The detox was waaaay easier than I expected it to be, because they gave us all the right meds to get us through it, so I just slept for a solid week. Then when I finally felt well enough to get out of bed & actually pay attention to meetings, I actually got a lot out of everything. Around the point something in my mind just kinda clicked, & I actually WANTED to stay sober, & give this a real shot. Now I've got a couple months of soberity, & I feel great. I still go to a lot of the outside meetings that Soba would take us to, & I have a ton of sober friends thanks to Soba. I absolutely LOVE how just about every staff member is also a recovering addict or alcoholic, & I even see them at meetings sometimes. Every staff member there can absolutely relate to what you are going through, & they all genuinely care about our recovery. That is such an improvement from every other rehab I've ever tried, because usually the staff cannot relate to what you are going through, & it just makes all the difference that the staff at Soba have been in your shoes, & some have even been at Soba themselves & that's where they also got sober. I think Soba has nailed it when it comes to helping you get clean, & I wouldn't change a thing about it! I am so appreciative of Soba, because they have given me a real shot at a good SOBER life, & I know if I had gone anywhere else I wouldn't have succeeded. If you are wanting to get sober, this is the place to go; I promise that it won't be as bad as you think it will be, & it is 100% worth it, because everyone deserves a shot at a happy sober life!

I went to soba because of a fentanyl heroin and meth addiction. I never thought that I would be able to get off it because of how much I was using and I had been through rehabs 7 or 8 times, all unsuccessfully. I thought i was going to end up dead before I could get clean. Thanks to Soba I was able to comfortably detox, learn new coping skills and can finally be able to try to put it behind me and try to do something better with my life. The staff is amazing. They all know exactly what it is like to be in early recovery because they have all been there themselves and will share what they have learned during their sober time. I was with a great group of people who made me laugh daily despite the fact that some days are hard. I truly owe this place a debt of gratitude for changing my life. I hope I never have to see them again, but I know exactly where to go if I ever need help again. Thank you to all the staff, nurses, and fellow addicts and alcoholics who helped me to change my life for the better. I will never forget you. And with that, Ill pass. My name is Kevin. I came to Soba broken and didnt even recognize myself anymore. They gave me my life back my family and my own self. I cant thank them enough the staff was absolutely amazing. Nearly all of the staff had been through recovery or been through Soba itself and they get it. They understand when you dont feel well and youre hurting inside and out they know what to say and went to say it. Thank you Soba for giving me back my life. I now have two years and six months sober and clean.
