        I pulled up to valet my car and was told they don't do valet! And then was told to move my car before we could check in! It took 25 minutes to check in because they only had 2 people working the desk. I invited friends over for dinner and a swim and was told my friends could not use the pool. I couldn't even buy a guest pass. The restaurant was nice. Orlando was nice but brought me a Prime Rib when I ordered the Bone in Ribeye. I couldn't get a drink unless I ordered it on a slot machine. The whole experience was awkward. Bad Karma!

        Had not been there for 4 years. I am now disabled in a wheelchair. They do not have valet parking. Not disability friendly. we turned around and went to Wild Horse Pass Casino. We won't be going back to Harrah's
