You all is a mess I was a tenant put in a home that was for sale in you all Rita in Terri gut me for all my money never gave my deposit back home had no damages in even kept the yard up just to find out that's the owner responsibility. Plus the owner only speaks Portuguese in I had to find that out by digging.. yall all work together even after finding an attorney she goes yall work together including the judges in any area u all list houses.... in not to mention she said her in Terri are best friends. So to be honest you all deserves no stars just all games in lies... Heads up to those who's not from Arizona thy love to gut people from out of town moving to this state. My experience with Desert Canyon Properties? HORRIBLE. I had my home with them for almost 3 years and finally decided to switch to a diff company. Main issues: - They do NOT do inspections on your home. - They do NOT provide statements/receipts, so you have no idea what is being deducted. - They charge maintenance fees whenever they want. - They respond to your messages whenever they want. - They don't tell you when something is wrong with the house, you find out when you see that your rental payment is less than the usual. - My house was TRASHED, and they were going to rent in the SAME conditions to the next tenants. I needed to step in and say that I would not do that to other people and decided to paint the whole house and patch holes in the walls. The house had TONS of holes in the walls! - House got termites and they did not tell me in a timely manner. DO NOT use them to rent your property. Save yourself money and stress. I used them for a couple of years and they were horrible as a management company. Do not use as a property manager, Does not do what they say they will do. Never did the annual in-home inspection and super hard to reach.

There was pigeon nests on the roof the whole time that I lived there and 2 weeks before my departure they finally took care of the problem. Nothing got fixed the entire time that I lived there, when I moved into this place it wasn't in the best condition at all. The condition was so bad that I kept my move in sheet just in case. They will find a way to keep your security deposit i was charged $240 for carpet cleaning and $260 for a deep cleaning mind you that I cleaned the home before I moved really good and was still charged. I was charged for blinds that was already destroyed when I moved in which will still be considered normal wear and tear anywhere. Communication between Rita and Terri is horrible which is really bad for business. Terri take weeks to reply and Rita on a good day will reply in a couple hrs.
