Booked this place to do a move out clean, and they cancelled on me 10 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive. And they wont answer my texts or calls. Its Memorial Day weekend so getting anyone else out here on short notice is impossible. Thanks a lot for nothing! If youre thinking about booking with this company (of many names: Fantastic Maids, Maricopa Cleaning Service, Housemaids of AZ, etc.), just find someone else who will actually show up!

They were supposed to conduct a deep cleaning. They did not wipe under any of the items on any counter or shelf top. They did not clean the fans, they did not clean the shelves on the windows, on and on and on. I am reporting them to the police for fraud. The address to provide on their website is no longer there address it is in a residential selection and it had they have not lived in that house for several years. The cleaning was a soft clean, nothing was clean according to deep cleaning standards.

It makes me sad to write this review-- I have used this service for over a year-- I had them come out monthly to service my home. I have been a good client, and was happy with the original crew that did my home. I just had my home cleaned by a different crew-(I requested that my original crew would always service my home). They did a terrible job, and for the 1st time I have to let the company know I was not happy with the service. They immediately charged my card, said sorry and they could send a different crew next time. I was shocked that they did not offer to refund me some of my money, just bad customer service. While you got payment from me this time. I cancelled my account, you will never get payment from me again. Just bad business. Services: Standard cleaning, General housekeeping

Paid for a deep cleaning but didn't receive that . They were in a hurry and didn't complete the job . I got this as a gift for my daughter because she just had a baby and I couldn't do it for her due to recently having hand surgery so doing to many things hurts . Thought this would be the place to hire from some the reviews but apparently not . Service: Deep clean
