Exceptional Community Hospital - Maricopa

I was told by the NP at ED that rash after antibiotic therapy rash is both psoriasis and eczema, I said coincidence of sudden onset and just peeling skin after four days of IV Vanc in their inpatient unit and oral Augmentin . Basically an Emtalla violation, being erythema and infection spreading on skin with proof of pictures and NP said needs surgical consult but refused to transfer. That will be a lot of time and money When asked about allergic rash, NP told me to ask the general surgeon about rash later. WOW ! I told her she was useless and she put her fingers like a trigger to her head like she wanted to unalive herself when going back to nurses station.She confirmed the same by noting I said her care was useless and in violation. Yes, we are writing an email to your patient advocate, and will be contacting all federal , local agencies , nursing board regarding your dangerous practitioner

The dr had no bedside manners at all. I was so sick and freezing and they left me in a room for hours still cold and still sick. . Ill never go here again. Dr brad green is very unprofessional. He asked what was wrong when I told him what happened b4 I got sick.he said I don't need to hear the story just tell me whats wrong.and there's no beds they have these hard as a rock gerne beds and no pillow so very very uncomfortable

Went on a Monday afternoon. Very nice waiting room. Check in was quick, triage was quick as well. We were in a room with in the hour. Polite Support Staff. RNs and PA were very nice. They checked in often with updates. They listened to us and had conversations with us regarding the treatment. Hospital is very clean, and very modern. We had a great experience.

When is my first time experience at this hospital Chad benninghoff who is from Avondale he was taking a shift in Maricopa he said I had the flu with no test done I am very asthmatic and my lung was hurting I did not get an x-ray I was extremely dehydrated no IVs he also made me feel very uncomfortable he didn't let me speak or talk he told me to do certain things which I already have been for the past 8 days I showed up at the hospital and basically told me I can't talk just listen to what he says cuz he knows just by the symptoms I am a type 2 diabetic and no testing was done I could have had high sugar I did have a temperature but he wouldn't let me know what it was he also didn't prescribing no medications that my insurance will cover and then he told me he's from Avondale and he came out to help them for the night and that he gets paid pretty good money to drive out here to do a shift and I think he's just there for a paycheck and not for the patients who are in need. I think you guys need to do a better job on helping your patients who are in need instead of overlooking that and just getting a paycheck.
