Be careful using this T-Mobile store, when I went there to get a new phone the rep not only put a $20 charger in my bag and charged me for it but she also added device protection to my old phone without my knowledge. I found out when I got the paperwork in the mail. Major shady if you ask me, sales numbers must be down

The best service Ive had in awhile. The store manager Daniel and his staff were a great help switching me from another carrier. So happy to be with T-Mobile!

Do not recommend this store at all, T-mobile service is terrible. My significant other and I were sold on a plan where our service would be "better" than it was in our individual plans.. well our service actually got worse. They also sold us on their lifetime warranty screen protectors, but they have made it nearly imposible for us to get a replacement. My significant other has been to this store two times on his own to be told its not in stock. Most recently I went as well as I needed one. First they said they didn't have it in stock but they could order it if we would like, then turns out they did have in stock but their system is down so can't issue them and there's nothing they can do. We are so over T-mobile, their service, their sales reps service and the inconvenience they constantly cause us. We are patiently waiting to get out of this contract (which they told us wasn't a contract when we got on this plan) to take our business elsewhere.
