Love this place! The coaches come everyday with tons of energy (even at 5am), motivation, and fun! They push you to give it your all. Each day is something new-- so much variety! Working out consistently has become part of my routine and I am feeling good!

I had not done workout for more than 10 years and the truth is that I really like coming here and it has been very nice, everyone is welcoming, the coaches really help you do the exercises well and they are attentive to your needs. I really like being here :)

Bell Fitness offers some wonderful morning yoga classes and an amazing Sunday afternoon Yin class. The yoga teachers are attentive and make the classes accessible for all levels of experience. Sound therapy classes are also offered there- be sure to visit the Bell Fitness website for more details.

I am a former athlete who never lifted weights because we didnt do that in the 70s. I really despise working out, and have tried my fair share of programs. I really liked the Bell Fitnesss half hour will change your life, so decided to sign up for the program. Its amazing and indeed a 1/2 hour has changed my life. Treat yourself to a half hour of stress free fitness. High five to the Bell Fitness Family. Im a fan.
