Last year, I was looking for a place in South Scottsdale that would allow me to own a german shepherd. As a renter, that is akin to the search for The Holy Grail. I had looked at a couple of homes, but they were not what I wanted. Brian (realtor/manager) had a townhome up for rental, so we got together, discussed the potential of a GSD (have been working with a rescue out of Los Angeles), agreed to pricing, and all was good. Very simple, clear cut and straight forward. The months went by, COVID became a thing (putting the GSD on hold) and I have truly leaned in to living where I am. Very quiet, great neighbors, etc. A few weeks back, the AC went out. The speed with which Bryan had a team out to my place to get it fixed was pretty remarkable. If you have lived in the Valley for any time at all, especially the Summer, the horror stories of renters being left to deal with AC issues for days (in some cases, even longer) are legend. Bryan was awesome to say the least. He reached out to us by doing his homework, and in result, he was able to help us close on our home in 30 days. The previous Agent we worked with listed our home for 6 months with no success. Bryan made them look like rookies in comparison! He went ABOVE and BEYOND (literally) what he was obligated to do, which came as a major shock to me and my wife (in a GREAT way). We did not expect to get that personal type of service! He was excellent at communicating and walking us through the sales process. It was like working with someone you had known for a long time, his willingness to go-to-bat for us in our unique situation meant a whole lot. His efforts gained our trust quickly, rightfully so, and he delivered on what he promised us from day 1 - helping us sell our home.
