        By far the worst location in the West Valley. Its unfortunate Crap in the Box is the only thing to eat late night near Verrado. Please build a Waffle House and tear down the terribly managed JNTB!

        Wow. Not ordering here again. Whats the point of order ahead and drive thru if there is still a 20 minute wait. I cant believe how slow they are. Something has to change. This is nuts waiting this long. If I could have cancelled and gotten my money back, I would have. Sitting in the car for 20 minutes AFTER I went thru the drive thru. Not acceptable. UPDATE: I finally got my food. They forgot some of the order. I checked my bag before they left. They went back in to get it. I ended up leaving after another 10 min. I will never come back to this location again. Moved from 2 stars to 1!
