If you want a responsive, reliable, trustworthy and detail oriented real estate agent, you must hire Brian Smith as your realtor. Brian was my mortgage processor in 2009, when I bought my house and followed up with me on things he needed and gave me explanations along the way, keeping me up-to-date in each step of the buying process. He was even there at closing when I signed the papers. When I sold my home in 2021, Brian was my realtor and helped me negotiate the best terms in selling my house. He even helped to find an out-of-state agent for my home buying needs there. I was packing my house when it sold and was surprised to see Brian digging and placing the sold sign himself, polo shirt slacks and all! I asked why he hadn't hired someone to do that, he replied that he did but the guy was sick that day and he didn't want any delays so he decided to do it himself!
