I had missing parts of my order. I ordered their specialty chicken in my salad. I got home to eat it, and there was no meat at all. The 3 orders of burritos we also ordered for the family were hardly filled with anything. Smallest burritos for an extremely high price.
Cafe rio is going down the drain with compromised food. Nothing like it used to be. Maybe it is because they don't make it in front of you at this location, so they think they can get away with poor quality. Save your money don't go to this location.

Food is just ok
However manager Carlos is rude, unprofessional and appears to be on some kind of medication. His behavior was frantic and scattered. It made me very uncomfortable watching how he spoke to other employees. It was like he'd never been in a restaurant let alone managed one.
Additionally, one of the staff was ranting at her male coworkers about how much she hates all men, men are useless etc. In full view of the everyone dining. Which was extremely awkward.
I will never eat here again.

Order was wrong, rice was hard, forgot 2 things I added to the food order. Place was very dirty, yet guys are standing around. I was the only one in the restaurant. Told the gentleman my rice was hard as a rock and he offered fresh rice, yet it was a bowl so he should have redone the entire order. Never going back. Management should be ashamed. Super disappointed because this one is close to my house and every other Cafe Rio I've been to was amazing this one falls short by a long shot and I can see that by the other reviews looks like management and the owner are not taking reviews seriously. I will still go to Cafe Rio just not this one and I'll make sure everybody knows to avoid this and go across the street at the other Mexican food options. Sad...

Where are the owners or managers of this place!!!! Third time shame on me! The food hasnt changed after all the negative comments! A bunch of high school kids running this place and dont know a thing! Where is the leader? The food is a disappointment and its VERRADO and the only place close by to eat!
Ordered enchiladas got an old crumbly tortilla! And a smear of sauce, a spoonful of beans and rice! How are they still open!
Second time here and this time I went through the drive thru waited for 5mins and no one answered I go inside and these little kids are all talking in the back doing absolutely nothing. The restaurant is a huge mess! So sad how theres no adult is here managing these little kids. Super dirty! Super unorganized, kids on their phone and food tasted disgusting the rice was all hard. The owner, store manager who ever runs this place needs to get it under control!
