        just now NEW Worst customer service ever. Mariko orbe and Sarah Collins in the claims department don't do their jobs and follow up on claims. Sad when their own covered driver excepted liability on their part. 1 week later since crash on 01/17/23 and they have made 0 attempts at a resolution.

        I always have to leave voicemails in order to get assistance. I have yet to call and speak with a live representative. Also, as I drive less and the year if my vehicle gets older my rates go up. Not pleased at all.

        Despise when a place is listed as being open take the time to go to their establishment and it's locked up Go to Carlos Rosales right down the street By Dysart and Van Buren same insurance company and hes there when his profile says hes open
