        My experience with Pulte started with the greeting from Erik Neal. He was very professional and very good at explaining the beauty of buying a home built by Pulte. He also shared the incentives that were available, and the model homes OMG they are beautiful. My experience with Pulte was the weekly communication from Mr. John ODowd. He always kept me informed on what's completed and what was next. If I had any questions, he always responded even when he was on vacation. They did keep a promise, and that was that every home they built, they tried to make it better than the model homes. All I can say is they kept their promise. Thank you, Pulte, for building my beautiful home. Thank you Rosalinda and Joel
