It's a train wreck in here every time. Very hit-and-miss some days your French fries will actually be cooked in Golden and not soggy and some days you might actually get a real large french fry and have some salt on them cold chicken nuggets. 10 to 15 minute wait in the lobby and the employees will literally look right at you and walk away if they see you standing at the counter they'll either force you to use the self-checkout kiosk or if you're standing there wanting to speak to a manager they'll purposely not make eye contact with you look away and then walk right past you and go and act like they're going to clean up that dirty store drink sir not cleaned and filtered lot of problems at this store

Placed an order at 6:20 through the app. I was at the restaurant at 6:35. 20 minutes later, no order. I went inside, I asked the staff what's going on, the nonchalant guy responded " I have no answer for you". I asked for the manager, the manager said " oh sorry I didn't realize your order was there " ! Ridiculous ! Save your time and go to another location !
