OASIS PATIO COVER, LLC

We called Alonso because our neighbor used him. He came after a couple of miscommunications about when he would come. When we finally met February 9th, we felt like we had a productive meeting and would like him to send a design as we wanted to proceed. About 2 weeks passed and no design. When I contacted him he said he thought we were going to wait until our hot tub arrived. I said that I thought he would draw up the desing for the HOA so that we would be ready to go once we had the hot tub. Since then we have had little contact. He did send an email saying he could come on a same day notice but sent it only 2 hours ahead of time. I did not see the email until later. I asked to switch to text as I check that much more often. He sent a text offering to come March 20. I responded an hour later and said any time after noon. He did not show up. Since then he has ghosted us. This was about 2 weeks ago. I guess he didn't need our business. Maybe he doesn't need yours.

In a world where good service is hard to come by, Alonso and his team went above and beyond. We used them to install pergolas in two of our properties and we had an absolutely stellar experience. From design, service, to the quality of product and work, these guys are the best in the business!

The team at Oasis Patio Cover was great to work with. They did such a nice job on the 12 x 16 cantilever 4k structure that we had them back to construct a matching gate and media wall. They showed up when they were supposed to and did what they said they would do. Highly recommend the product and the service that Oasis Patio Cover provides.
