Copper Silver Insurance Agency

Scam!!! Contacted Copper Silver in early Dec for time sensitive bond. Having used them last year with no issues and prompt service, I assumed we would have a similar experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I canceled my bond request on Dec 28th after weeks of Maryann giving one excuse after another on why it was not arriving as promised. Have yet to receive my refund. Nobody will answer the phone or emails at this point. Will be reporting them.

Absolutely terrible. Everything was bad about my experience with this agency. I haunted Mary for a month just trying to get updates reinstating my policy. There was zero sense of urgency, zero professionalism. There were multiple errors and they couldnt even clearly outline who or where to issue payment. I started to feel like I was being scammed. No accountability, no apologies for delays and errors in communication. I finally called a different broker and they secured a great policy, with a reputable company, for significantly less money, in less than 4 hours. Even my mortgage company questioned CSIs competence. Steer clear, there are better options out there.
