Extremely unsafe here. Break in attempts, men following you to your door, hiding in bushes. For the price they charge it should not be this ghetto. The apartments are outdated and ugly. Hated every second living here. All my neighbors felt the same too. Not safe for kids or families

My husband and I lived here for 3 years without any problems. The front office staff were always so friendly and informative, and the maintenance staff always fixed things in our units much faster than we anticipated. We only left because we wanted to have a bigger space. We are very grateful for our experiences at Remington Ranch!

Terrible and UNSAFE place to live. Me and my neighbors had MULTIPLE break in attempts and stalker issues here. The office couldnt even respond to my emails regarding the ring footage. DO NOT LIVE HERE especially if you have children or want to feel safe.

The utility bills here are outrageous...I live alone and was told 145 month for water, that jumped to 175 and now 188 this month.I work 6 days a week and hardly at home. Everyone I have spoken to in the area that are home owners pay approximately$70 a month for an entire family... Unacceptable

Lived here for a year before moving out and I have to say not the best. First of all they charge way too much for what they are offering for a two bedroom apartment. It was a decent size but theres no upgraded appliances, countertop, flooring everything is very outdated. Theres definitely better apartments out there for the same price. There were many problems with our unit, within the first month of moving in our appliances werent working correctly. Lights in the unit didnt work, all of the outlets in the apartment were loose which is unsafe. We waited so long for management to do anything about the problems, we finally had to tell the office we were going to seek legal action if they didnt fix the issues. They were solved after that however I feel the office was treating us differently ever since and was very unprofessional towards us. We also had a problem with the neighbor downstairs smoking on her patio and blowing it into our apartment right above. During the winter I couldnt even open my windows because my apartment would smell like cigarette smoke. When we brought this up to our office they told us well we have no rules against smoking inside the units Being a 2x home owner and landlord I was very confused by that Secondly when we moved out we got none of our security deposit back and Im still not really sure why? We left the apartment in better condition than it was before we moved in. No damage, we even went as far as patching up the holes left from the tv mount they said we could put up. While I lived there we shampooed the carpet twice right after moving in and the water was BLACK, that tells me it wasnt done beforehand like it shouldve been. We treated the apartment very respectfully and were on time with rent. They should not have treated good tenants that way. Ive provided photos of how we left the apartment when we moved out. No reason we should not have gotten our deposit back, at all. Also, they were able to find a new tenant very shortly after we left, as we ended and bought out of our lease early, but there was already new mail coming in for that tenant to our mailbox.
