Joanna was helping us searching for a house in December'20. We needed to relocate to Phoenix within 2 months from November'20 so it was a very rush process. We lived in Arkansas, and could only make it to Phoenix after Chirsmast'20. Within 4 days, we looked at so many houses, tried to put in offers and failed several offers as well... due to the insane housing market happening in Phoenix AZ. Joanna determined that she would find a house in our desired location in time for us to move. Toward the end of our Phoenix trip, we were able to put in an offer and was accepted at the right price, in a great neighborhood. We could never thanks her enough. We have been referring her to our friends and would love to get her help again in the future for any sell or purchase in Phoenix AZ
